Today Mark, Jesse, and I setup some of the gear for Halloween. We got most of the lighting done and we setup Hagitha the witch and Shaun the zombie. We took them back in for the night but now we know it all works properly. Tomorrow I need to setup all the computers and wire up the sound and video. Also the webcams need set up and the web page needs updating.
Our kitchen remodel is going well. Finally some real progress. The Drywall is done and textured. The arches are installed, and we’re almost ready for cabinets to be installed. Today mom and dad are painting the ceiling.
Well the big one hit. It’s been raining all night and it’s still raining this morning. This is a lab week for me at school. Normally I am there now but because people in this city can’t drive in the rain, the freeway is totally clogged. I might go to lab later today or just go tomorrow.
Today we saw Garfield the movie. It was alright. I enjoyed it. If you like Garfield then you’ll like this movie.
Sorry for the delayed post. I’ve just been bust dong stuff. Loneg week. not a whole lo to say. I promise to post more and get more pics up. The power went out 3 time on Thursday night. GRR. stupid SDGE. Good thing I have my UPS. 
I was quite rainy this week. San Diego drivers CAN NOT drive in the rain. My drive to school was pure hell those days. OY.
Today there was a scheduled power outage for maintenance on my neighborhood. Thusly i had to shut dowm all my servers for the day. All is back online now. my DNS issues should be all sorted out by now too. Everybody who was having problems accessing my web pages previously should now have access again.
Tomorrow, Sat, We will be painting primer on the kitchen walls and working on Hagitha more. Hopefully she will be fully dressed and tested on the corner.

Mark and I went to Industrial Liquidators today to get some pneumatic nipples and a long piston for Hagitha and other halloween related things. Then we went over to Fry’s Electronics to look at computer parts. Mark is going to build a new system. While we were there I recorded a short video of some kids playing Dance Dance Revolution on my digital camera. Then I loaded it up in a continuous full screen loop on one of the computers on display. HAHA! Here’s the video.

Yesterday I went to see Shaun of the Dead Mark and David. We made Mark do it. He wanted desperately to see Hero before it left theaters. David took votes for movies which were playing at our favorite theater (AMC Palm Promenade 24). Mark’s movie lost. Sorry Mark.
I never laughed so much while watching people bash zombies! That movie was halarious. Slow to start and the end wasn’t as funny as the middle. I liked it.
I went to school today and studied for an hour, took a random exam for an hour and a half, then I had coffee. Oh then I took the actual Microsoft exam. 933 out of 1000. prety damn good. Better than I thought really. This particular test does not have a certification though. I need to take another one for that. it’s a 2-part dealio.
